Rxion is an Australian telehealth clinic connecting you with AHPRA-registered practitioners who provide care in wellness, longevity, metabolic and hormonal health.
It starts with a short eligibility quiz, then a video consultation with an AHPRA-registered Australian practitioner.
No referral is required. You can start directly through our website. Your clinician will take a full history and make an individual assessment.
Complete the eligibility quiz and book your consultation. You'll have a video consultation with one of our AHPRA-registered practitioners, who will discuss your goals and what care is appropriate for you.
No. The quiz is a starting point. Treatment is only prescribed where a practitioner determines it's clinically appropriate for you after a full consult.
You complete a short eligibility quiz and book a time that suits you, then have a video consultation with one of our Australian-registered practitioners. They'll listen to your goals, assess your individual needs and discuss what's appropriate for you. Clinical judgement and genuine care, not algorithms.
Consultations are by video. If video is not available or not suitable for you, your practitioner decides whether a phone consultation will be sufficient.
Every consult is with an AHPRA-registered Australian practitioner who provides care in wellness, longevity, metabolic and hormonal health. You're never passed to a bot or an offshore call centre.
Yes. Rxion is a telehealth clinic, so you can consult your clinician from anywhere in Australia. Your quiz, appointments and follow-ups all happen online, on your schedule.
Where possible, we aim to keep you with the same practitioner across your ongoing consults so your care stays consistent.
After your consultation, if your clinician determines a prescription is medically appropriate for you, our partner licensed Australian pharmacy will compound and individually label your medication, then deliver it to you. Estimated delivery of 2-4 business days after compounding. The entire process is secure and fully documented.
This is arranged only if deemed medically appropriate.
Your practitioner considers current clinical evidence, your history and your pathology results when deciding what, if anything, is appropriate for you, and will explain the evidence, risks and alternatives before you decide.
No. Pathology is optional before your consultation. You can add a privately billed panel when you book if you want results ready for your practitioner, which may speed up your treatment plan where clinically appropriate. Otherwise your practitioner will ask for pathology after your consultation only if it is needed.
Only when they're clinically appropriate. Your clinician recommends what's relevant to your assessment, never a default upsell, and always explains the reasoning behind anything included.
Whether you can bring your medication into another country depends on that country's laws, and entry onto a mine site depends on that site's specific rules. Check both before you travel; your pharmacy can provide labelling and documentation to support you.
A prescription is issued only if deemed medically appropriate.
It varies by person and treatment plan, and not everyone will get the results they hope for. Your clinician sets realistic expectations early and adjusts your care as your body responds.
An initial 30-minute video consultation is $149 (opening special, normally $289) and a follow-up is $89. Consultations are privately billed and no Medicare rebate applies. T&Cs apply.
If your practitioner recommends a treatment plan, its price is shown in your portal before you accept it, with service and admin fees included. Any prescribed treatment is provided only if deemed medically appropriate.
Yes, there is no lock-in: you can stop at any time and future repeats stop with it. Consultations can be cancelled free up to 48 hours before; inside that window the fee is forfeited. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Yes. We check in throughout your treatment for adjustments, questions or reassurance, and we usually respond to messages within one business day.
All our practitioners are registered with AHPRA and must follow the Medical Board of Australia's telehealth guidelines. Medicines are dispensed by licensed Australian pharmacies. Compounded medicines are not individually approved by the TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) and are supplied for an individual patient under specific legal exemptions.
Any supply occurs only if deemed medically appropriate.
