Prices. Fees for each Service are displayed on the Platform in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. Prices may change for future bookings and orders, but the price you are charged is the price displayed when you book or order.
Treatment plans. Where your practitioner recommends a treatment plan, each medicine on the plan is shown with its own price, being the medicine cost and our service fee as one figure. Pathology, supplements and accessories are shown with their own prices. We do not itemise the medicine cost separately from our fee. Delivery is charged separately as a flat fee based on how your treatment needs to travel.
When you pay. Payment for consultations, treatment plans, orders and memberships is collected by Rxion Health at the time of booking or order confirmation, through our secure third-party payment processor. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Click to Pay. We never see or store your full card number.
Payment authority. By paying, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown. Where you join a membership or otherwise agree to recurring payments, you authorise us to store a secure payment reference, to charge future amounts as described in the offer, and to retry a failed charge as described in clause 15.
Order windows. A treatment plan or order that remains unpaid after the period shown on the Platform lapses and is not supplied. No payment is taken for a lapsed order. Your practitioner may need to see you for a follow-up consultation before a lapsed plan can be re-issued.
Invoices. A tax invoice is issued to your patient portal for every payment. Refunds and credit notes are documented in the same way.
Private billing. Our Services are privately billed. Medicare rebates and bulk billing are not available, and private health insurance benefits do not apply unless we state otherwise on the Platform. We collect your Medicare card details to confirm your identity and match your clinical record, never to claim a benefit on your behalf. You are responsible for any claim you choose to make with your insurer.
Errors. If a pricing or system error results in an incorrect charge, we will correct it and refund any overpayment.
